Tip-overs first. Dressers, bookcases and TVs that tip are among the most serious home hazards for small children. Every tall piece gets anchored to a stud.
The right gate for the stairs. Pressure-mounted gates are fine for doorways, but the top of the stairs needs a hardware-mounted gate screwed into solid framing. I'll tell you if the gate you bought is the wrong type for the spot.
Built around your routine. Locks that annoy adults get removed. I help you choose hardware the family will actually keep using.
Nursery in the same visit. Cribs, dressers, changing tables and gliders can be assembled and anchored while I'm there.

Do you install baby gates at the top of the stairs?
Yes. The top of the stairs needs a hardware-mounted gate secured into solid framing, and I will confirm your gate is the right type before installing.
Do you anchor TVs and dressers?
Yes. I anchor dressers, bookcases, wardrobes and TVs or TV stands to the wall studs to prevent tip-overs.
Can you assemble the crib and nursery furniture too?
Yes. Cribs start at $145 and a full nursery set at $350, assembled and anchored in the same visit.
Do I need to buy the gates and locks first?
You can buy them yourself and I will install them, or send me photos of the space and I will recommend what to get.
