How much does e-bike assembly cost?
E-bike assembly starts at $95 as a flat rate, confirmed before the appointment. A $120 service call minimum applies. Standard (non-electric) bicycles and tune-ups are quoted a little lower.
Do you assemble e-bikes shipped in a box?
Yes. I assemble boxed, direct-to-door e-bikes from brands like Lectric, Rad Power, Aventon, Ride1Up, Velotric, and more — unboxed, built, adjusted, and made safe to ride.
What is included in e-bike assembly?
Full assembly from the box: handlebars, stem, seat and pedals installed, brakes and gears adjusted, bolts torqued to spec, tires inflated and wheels checked, plus a battery and motor power-on check for e-bikes. I also haul away the packaging.
Do you assemble regular (non-electric) bicycles too?
Yes. I assemble standard road, mountain, kids', and commuter bicycles as well as e-bikes.
Can you tune or adjust a bike that is already built?
Yes. I can do a basic tune-up and safety adjustment — brakes, gears, and bolt checks — on a bike you already own.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. I'm mobile across Orange County — Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Huntington Beach, and nearby. I assemble at your home so your bike is ready to ride.
